I believe it is safe to say that we all have or still are having a difficult time trusting God. Is this you? Is your life not going as you planned? Are your desires and needs not being met? Do you pray and pray for God to give you these desires and needs?
Time passes day by day and you see no results right? So you become sad, angry, bitter, or even disappointed with God or self. Then there are times you get what you want, but you still are not happy. Many christians repeat this cycle over and over again. How would I know? Been there got the certificate and shredded it…
That’s not my life anymore!
So what are you going to do about it? I will tell you what you must do now…. it’s just below in bold letters.
Yes, that’s the big published and most talked about secret….the secret is putting truth into practice. You must consume and digest this daily by viewing every sorrow, event, blessing, and prayer you send up with unmoving conviction that God is totally, trustworthy. Our problem is trusting in everyone, and everything. Instead of trusting the Lord!
How many of you trust your doctor when they prescribe something? Why? Because you want to feel better by getting well right (say it ain’t so)? How many of you trust your boss? Why? How many trust your spouse? Why? How many We’ll trust in your pilot when flying? Have you seen his or her credentials? Yet when it comes to trusting the Lord……….I hear whistling…..I hear uhm, well I haven’t actually seen God’s face so I’m not sure about trusting what I can’t see….Is this you?
It’s easy to trust in things we can see. Sure, we believe in God, but to allow him to run our life?
Are you crazy? That’s asking a little too much. Really it is not! Our wants may not agree with God’s wants for us. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you. It will be baby steps at first, but you can do it. The Holy Spirit knows you better than you know yourself, he’ll give you exactly what you need to make this change.
As someone who has gone through losing a mother to Aids at a young age, losing both grandparents to cancer, deaths of loved ones, broken relationships, and once living hopeless. I can testify to you, that trusting in the Lord is a lifelong challenge and test. You never finally “ARRIVE.” What do I mean? Each new crisis calls for a new commitment to the Lord. The good news is that the more often you see God’s loving hand working in your life, the easier trusting in Him becomes.
When you trust in the Lord, you’ll feel as if the weight of the world has been lifted off of your back. The pressure is off of you and carried by Jesus. He is good with carrying our burdens. DONT WORRY HE GOT IT! Tell the monkey to get off your back, God is in control.

Stop living from paycheck to paycheck…..Stop sitting up at night crying your eyes out…Stop depending on man…..Stop competing with the Jones because it won’t bring you happiness even if you get it…..Stop envying someone else life, they have problems just like you….Stop being bitter you will never know how sweet Jesus is…And just stop for a moment and know that you MATTER!
Out of the billions of people in this world, You still MATTER to CHRIST….
