Jesus Christ is the King.
More importantly, He is my King.
There is a difference, the first being you recognize Him as King.
The second is Him being your personal King, Savior or deliverer.
Jesus is not His first name, and Christ is not His last name.
Jesus Christ is the title of our King (personal Savior) who gave His
life for our sins. To know His title does not mean you accept Him as ruler over your life.
You must invite, accept, and have a continuous relationship with Him daily, and obey His laws.
John 14:6 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Let’s take a look at what He did for us, which defines His purpose.
John 1:29 29 The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
Wow! The slain lamb’s innocent blood shed for you, and me. We have resurrection within ourselves too. We are no longer dead, but alive in Him.
Happy He arose out of the tomb day, to all of you. Blessed those who believe and have unseen. Today is not about a bunny, or candy.
Sorry Mister Rabbit! It’s my Savior’s Day!
