When you have God’s peace, which is peace that comes from God.
You can stand against the hardest winds, and words of others.
You can fall, and get back up with a smile of determination.
You can love the most un-lovable, difficulty people who come before you.
You can allow God to fight your battles, without saying a hurtful word to another.
You can move past the ridicule, and judging of others who might have not prayed.
You can smile even though your storms screams “CRY!”
You can know you are a child of God without defending it to flesh, because of peace within.
You have God’s peace, when your needs are met, even though the bank account is empty.
Because when you have the peace of God, while you are adding (addition), God.
My God is a multiplier who took five loaves of bread, and two fish, and fed 5,000, and there were leftovers.
You know you have peace when you are attacked, and told you are not a child of God, and can smile
because you know God is with you, and the devil is a lie.
You know you have the peace of God, when your heart seeks to still do good, while being
stabbed with daggers from the Christians who suppose to love you, but call you everything but a child of God.
But it’s okay because…..
Peace is God, and love is God. God is peace, and God is love.
When you are not shown love, but give it….it is then you know God’s peace is with you.
When someone judges, ridicule you. Remember to be an example of Love. Don’t entertain it. When someone is trying to make war with you, remove yourself from the situation, and deliver it to God. There will be many who will be like the chickens who can’t soar. We should be an eagle ready for God to take us to new heights. Don’t allow someone else’s poor, negative attitude to contaminate you, or cause a reaction unpleasing to God. Don’t focus on the negative situation. Focus on the blessings that will come your way by choosing to be kind especially when it is the hardest thing for you to do.
Sometimes the kindest thing we can do for ourselves is to step back from the situation and let go, and let God. This way we surrender it over to Christ. Two quotes to encourage you, and one scripture to deliver you:
“Tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair but manifestations of strength and resolution.” – Kahlil Gibran
Why give in to rudeness, when you can fight back with kindness.” – Donna A. Favor
Scripture : God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you” – 2 Thessalonians 1:6
Lord, I surrender my soul to you today. I trust you only with it. Let your will be done for you are the giver of life, and death. Amen.
