How many of you have experienced not having a desire to pray? We should pray for the desire to pray and seek an intimate relationship with Jesus. Prayer is our weapon, and communication line to God. Having the desire to pray is God-given. I’m sure we all can use more prayer while being prayerful.

We’re only good for so long before our absence of prayer becomes our downfall. Longing for God is a beautiful sight, but after awhile it reveals no desire to fulfill this emptiness inside us if we never put any action into it.. Pray and ask God to give you the desire to know Him, and not about Him.  Prayer requires our attention and time. This is where our faith comes into play. Trusting God’s promises for us is believing Him to meet our needs according to His will through prayer.

Be blessed!

Dear God, help me to not become lax in my prayer life. I want to spend more time with you, and serve my purpose predestined by you.
